Lori, Marcela and the team made the home-selling process as seamless as possible, getting us on the market on time with a fully prepared home, beautiful photos, staging, and at the right price point. Her advice in prepping the home was exactly on target to get us there and her marketing and pricing advice helped bring buyers to the home. Her knowledge and expertise in the closing process helped us close not only more quickly than we could have ever hoped, but even a day early! Highly recommend Lori and her team!

Lori & her team were outstanding in every aspect of selling our Davis home. She is an expert on the market and her connections with every step of the process made selling an easy experience for us. I wish I had more real estate in Davis so I could work with Lori again. Thank you, Lori!

Marcela was a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional realtor who helped us "win" in buying the perfect house in the perfect location. She understood what was important to us from the beginning. Plus, she helped us expedite a very fast close with no hiccups. We highly recommend her!

I can't recommend Marcela highly enough. Based on our experiences, I would recommend her for any sale or purchase regardless of the circumstances. She knows the Davis market deeply; she's got great offer and pricing strategy; she's level-headed when things get difficult; and she's well-connected, working effectively with contractors, other realtors, lenders, etc. Marcela represented us in selling and in buying in Davis in 2026. We purchased our new home first, and it became very complicated when we found an unsafe condition in the house while in contract. The seller was not cooperative, and possibly downright deceptive. Marcela gave us great advice and connected us with experts in the condition to give tailored guidance. She was thoughtful with her advice on negotiations both for the initial offer and throughout the extended repair process and dispute. She was also extremely responsive and made time around our hectic schedules for showings, calls, etc. After the purchase fiasco, I was a little gun-shy going into selling our old house. Marcela was very reassuring. With her guidance, we had already completed all of the inspections. She gave good advice on which items should be repaired in advance and which could be left for the buyer (very minor stuff). She also made it very easy, recommending and helping schedule inspectors and contractors. We had a turnkey house that stood out pretty well among comps. Marcela's approach to the listing was very strategic, tailoring pricing and timing to attract multiple offers. She nailed it, and we got multiple competitive offers above the asking price within 5 days. We ended up with great terms on the sale and a very fast, smooth close. Marcela and her team are also very ethical. One of the offers for our house was originally Marcela's client, but was represented by a different realtor in their office for purposes of our house to ensure there would be a fair approach and we could be confident that she had our best interest at heart as buyers. With those experiences, I can say with confidence that Marcela is a stellar agent, and I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling any house in the local market. Thank you to Marcela and the Lori Prizmich Team!

Marcela made the home-buying process so easy and enjoyable! She were always patient, responsive, and gave us great advice every step of the way. I'm so grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
