Working with Harold and his team was seamless. From the first meeting to the closing of escrow we were informed every step of the way. Any and all questions were answered in what seemed like minutes. If youre looking to buy or sell dont look any further Harold and his team are by far the best. Harold and the team, thanks for everything. Drew

I was first introduced to Harold a few years ago. He stayed in touch over the years without being pushy, so when we were finally ready to sell our Ventura house, he was the first person I thought of. He priced and marketed the property so well that we had multiple competing offers within a week of listing. We completed the entire process from Washington state. The transaction closed as a loan assumptionaEUR"where the buyers took over our existing first mortgage plus a secondaEUR"which is far a complex sale. Because the bank controls the timeline rather than escrow, there were stretches with little communication. Harold consistently followed up with both lenders, pushed for status updates when the file stalled, and kept the deal on track. He also handled everything on the ground that we couldn't manage from out of state: coordinating home and termite inspections, navigating buyer repair requests, and even picking up keys and returning our internet router to Verizon. If you are selling in VenturaaEUR"especially from out of the area or with a complex loan structureaEUR"Harold is excellent and the real estate agent to call!

David is great to work with: he is professional, truthful, helpful, responsive, and very smart. He has a good team working with him; communication is clear, concise, and fast. As our listing agent, he executed a expedient, professional sale based on our needs and the market conditions. We highly recommend you entrust David as your realtor for your purchase or sale of a home.

Working with David was an absolute pleasure! His knowledge insights into the real estate market gave us confidence in our investment. He went above and beyond, making the real estate process smooth and stress-free. If youre looking for a phenomenal agent who understands the local market, we highly recommend him.

Harold Powell provided us with simply the best realtor/buyer experience for our young family here in Ventura County. I cant recommend him more for excellent service, peace of mind and confidence. We knew we were in great hands start to finish.
