RE/MAX Gold Coast Realtors

Willie Schmeltz is an excellent realtor with RE/MAX Gold Coast. He?s one of the most patient, understanding, kind and overly helpful realtors I?ve ever worked with. He goes above and beyond the normal ensuring your home is beautifully prepared for sale. If there are any repairs to be made prior to showing, he will take care of it. He most definitely enjoys his job from start to finish

Lucky to meet Willie at an open house 5 years ago, and extra lucky to have his help through both buying and selling since then. He made the process so easy, always explaining along the way what to expect as we got to each step. Looking forward to working with him again.

Amazing job done by Willie. I could not be happier with the results. He was able to help me coordinate with my relator selling a home I already owned in order for me to buy the property he assisted me with.

Willie helped us to buy our first home and helped us again to buy our forever home. He is such an outstanding realtor, friend, and advisor. We couldn't be more thrilled to have gotten to know him throughout the years and are beyond grateful foe everything he has done. He will never give up on you and that is the greatest trait. Through the stress and anxiety of selling and looking to buy, he was there every single day to calm our worries and coach us through. Honestly I dont know what we would have done without him. He truly made our lives better and we are forever grateful. You are the absolute best and I pray more families are as blessed as we were. Thank you and God bless.

Willie is an absolutely outstanding realtor! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He listened to what we wanted, gave honest and thoughtful advice, and always went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident every step of the way. What really sets Willie apart is that he truly cares about his clients. He made us feel like we were his top priority, not just another transaction. His expertise, patience, attention to detail, and dedication made such a huge difference. If youre looking for a realtor who is trustworthy, hardworking, knowledgeable, and genuinely in your corner, I highly recommend Willie. We couldnt have asked for a better experience!
