Honestly, we were first-time homebuyers and had no clue what we were doing, but Pat made the whole thing feel like a breeze. He was so on top of it! Every single week, he was sending us fresh listings, keeping us in the loop on off-market stuff, and never wasting our time with places we didnt want. He took us out weekend after weekend, never losing steam. The mans relentless, in the best way. He listened to what we wanted, what we didnt, and just nailed it. I've known Patrick since 2019 - he helped my wife buy her first house before we met, and became such a good friend that he ended up officiating at our wedding. She and I were looking to buy a new house after several years of leasing her house out and renting on our own. We found a place that we fell in love with, and even though we weren't sure how to put it together in such a short timeframe, he and his buddy/mortgage guru Noah Villasenor were able to work some kind of voodoo, and now at the age of 64, I'm a first-time home owner! Even though he is our good friend (arguably my wife's best friend), Patrick is always available, always professional, and always supportive. He made sure we saw a number of properties that checked our boxes, recognized when we'd found "the one", and did what it took to make our dream come true. He is also helping us sell our first property, and is going above and beyond to make sure that is the perfect home for someone new to love.

Patrick is the realtor to work with if you're in Ventura county and even if you are somewhere on the other side of the world he'd still probably be able to help you better than anyone else. I connected with Patrick early on in my search and he showed me a house that was already sold, which some may see as a waste of time, but I really appreciated that he gave me a chance to understand what was going on in the market and we discussed things to look for in houses along with the viewing. Afterwards, he set me up on his email system which kept me updated on new properties that matched exactly what I needed. When something especially good popped up he would always reach out and work with me to take a look. What I appreciate most was his patience with my busy schedule and his flexibility to work with me during some frankly odd hours. He was also always very up front about things and never pushy about making decisions. Over about a year, I kept in touch with Patrick checking in on things here and there, until finally something perfect came up. At that point, Patrick's vast connections in the area helped me quickly make an offer and close. All throughout the closing process, Patrick provided great help and support, and he knew everyone in the process which allowed things to move even quicker and smoother. Even after the deal was done, Patrick's great network of cleaners, contractors, and handymen made getting everything set up extremely easy. He offered to keep in contact to give advice or help out on anything needed in the future, and I have taken him up on that offer many times. Each time he has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend working with Patrick and I look forward to working with him more in the future.
