David was amazing!!! he is a great broker. I am a complicated buyer and had many different ideas on what the ideal home would be for me. However, he manage to show me different properties and figured out what i liked and what i was looking for. He was also very patient and worked with my busy schedule. I do have to emphasized that once it came down to negotiation, he's negotiation skills are amazing. he was able to lower the final pricing based on the home inspection. if you are looking for a home by all means he is your man!
