Kirk was so helpful and attentive to us when buying our first house! He fought for our concerns and requests with the sellers and always kept us updated on their conversations. As first time home buyers his knowledge reassured us and made us feel confident every step of the way. His friendly spirit made working with him a pleasure and we highly recommend him. We will definitely use him as our realtor again in the future!

This is our sixth time using Kirk to buy or sell a home. He is thoughtful, forward thinking and kindhearted while always going to bat for us whether we needed hard negotiations or soft conversations to other parties. We trust him explicitly in all real estate related matters.

I was so incredibly fortunate to have Kirk Archuleta help me find the perfect home! He's incredibly knowledgeable of the entire area. He completely put me at ease during a very stressful time. Hes very kind and compassionate. I could not recommend anyone other than Kirk! From start to finish my purchase was such an incredibly well done experience. Thank you Kirk for working so hard to help me find my dream home!

Kirk was extremely helpful and resourceful helping us buy our first home. He was always responsive, thorough, and detail orientated in his approach when fighting for the best deal for us. We had many questions and Kirk took the time to make us feel confident and comfortable during the process. We cannot say enough good things about him as a agent and person. 5 big stars!

If youre here looking for a realtor, you can stop looking and contact Kirk. Professional and the communication was outstanding. Whatever I needed or any questions I had were answered fast with in depth answers. I dont see how it could have been any better. Easy to get along with, solid human being. Hes the man
