If you are here on Whidbey or looking to move to the area then you probably know, with any bit of research, that the housing market here is tight. Having chosen orders with the Navy here I was excited to experience what the Pacific Northwest has to offer and also nervous about where I might end up living. As this was also my first home purchase I was a bit more skeptical that things would work out in my favor. To start things off I went through my bank and they gave me a good interest rate and a solid home buying program. Things did not work out so well with them. The realtor contacted me a few days after signing up for the program and I did not get a very good vibe. I decided to take things into my own hands and went on Zillow on a Friday night in hoped of finding something on my own. I saw a house I really loved and clicked on the "request more info" option. About 5 minutes later I received a phone call from Kelli Lang at Re/Max. I was shocked at the amazing response time but did not answer as I was pretty tired at that point. When I returned her call the next morning she immediately put me in contact with Nicole Haun. A few hours later we met at the house I was interested. I knew immediately that she was on my side and would do whatever it took to get me what I wanted. She walked me through every step up the process and was always available for every question I had. Once I put in an offer it was all so much easier than I had expected. She made the whole thing a very enjoyable and exciting process. She got the deal closed in 30 days and I could not be happier. I love my new home and highly recommend Nicole Haun to anyone looking to purchase the home of their dreams. I rarely fill out surveys or comment on any websites regarding my experiences but I have absolutely no doubts that she can get you what you want. She has an amazing work ethic and really makes you feel like her most important customer. If you are in the market for a new home make sure to give her a chance. You will not be sorry. She is incredible and definitely is on my Christmas Card list for life.

Nicole was absolutely AMAZING! We had struggled with the purchasing process for 6 months before working with Nicole. Within the first 30 minutes of working with Nicole we found out more about our selling/buying process than we had in the previous 6 months.
