Remax Full Sail

5 stars are just the start for Taylor and his team. They are the epitome of real estate professionals! We have worked with Taylor on two homes and we could not be happier with our experience. They are extremely knowledgeable of the area and the market. When we had to move two states away, Taylor helped us find an exceptional realtor in that area. He and his team are quick to reply when you have a question or need something, day, nights and weekends. You will never be more taken care of than you will be with him!

The Taylor Charpia Real Estate Team are a FIVE GOLD STAR team. Always available, approachable, responsive and up to date on the area and price point. Taylor and Garrett were wonderful throughout the sale and purchase process that it made it all seamless AND stress free! Thank you and your team for all that you helped me do to find a beautiful home for me and my family.

I would give Taylor and Garrett 10 stars if I could. We moved across the country and did it all virtually. We were looking for a home to land in when we got to the Charleston area and these guys were amazing. The moment they told us we shouldnt pay what the seller was asking, we knew right away they were for in our best interest. They communicated very well and went out of their way to shows all houses they thought would work. Ultimately very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend!

Taylor and his team did an excellent job getting my house ready to sell and proactively do the things to make the house stand out and add value. He also helped negotiate a full price offer along with managing the repair items as they came up throughout the process. Having his experience was a game changer and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy

Taylor is the absolute best. Not only does he know this industry front and back, but he is here to actually help you. Thank you for helping us buy our home :)
