I recently relocated from NJ to Vermont. We enlisted the help of Julie Citron who made us completely comfortable and confident in her knowledge of the area as well as the overall real estate market. Her follow through and attention to details are unparallelled as I have made numerous real estate transactions through the years. My particular situation was a little difficult as I was splitting my time between NJ where we still owned a home and Vermont where I had already begun working. Julie's always made herself available to me for anything big or small. She literally took care of everything from suggesting a top notch local RE lawyer, facilitating a very prompt home inspection and even found a contractor to correct the minor inspection issues that came up. I literally put my faith in her and it totally paid off. It was by far the easiest and smoothest transaction. The fact that she personally knows all the other agents in the area made all negotiations and discussions very, very productive and effective.
