I was referred to Norman by a property management company in the Radcliffe, Kentucky area. And I couldn?t have been more pleased to work with a more dedicated, knowledgeable real estate professional such as Norman.We had a rental property in Radcliffe that we needed to sell. However, the property had to be listed as a short sale. To make a long story short, after haggling with the mortgage companies? month-end a month out for an approval, they denied our approval for the short sale. After six months of trying to bargain with the mortgage companies, I thought this was the end. But Norman didn?t give up. His tenacity, stubbornness and persistence to work with us and the mortgage companies paid off. Finally, we got our short sale approved and we were able to sell the house. This would not have happened if it weren?t for Norman. Norman is a diligent, hard-working professional, with infinite knowledge of real estate transactions. My wife and I can?t thank Norman enough for his hard work and persistence.
