Ed and his team are great to work with. No pressure approach. We worked with Ed for 2 years on/off while we looked for a place to move and eventually were able to have Ed help us sell and buy a new home.We hadn't bought or sold a home in 22 years. Ed's leverage of technology was something to adjust to, but enabled us to initiate and sell the home more efficiently than before. Every aspect of the sales process was managed with online applications (listings, contracts, schedule showings/inspections with feedback).I cannot say that the buyers found our home on Zillow, but potential buyers use Zillow to view the home before deciding to schedule a walk-through. So having a listing that can attract buyers is imperative.We were actually able to have Ed take photos and post our listing while we were out of state. Before we returned home, we had an offer that we were eventually able to close the deal with.Ed was available when we needed and willing to take calls or text messages outside of business hours. We both got a good laugh one morning when we discovered we were texting each other while going through the same car wash at the same time. Ed and his team are very easy to work with.
