RE/MAX First, Independently Owned and Operated

Bill is the best agent we have ever worked with. Doubt me? Weve used him 4 times, 3 purchases and one sale. He is the consummate professional, very knowledgeable about the real estate market and particularly the Capitol area. He helped us negotiate reasonable prices for both sellers and buyers. Would I use him again? You betcha!

Leslie helped me sell my old home and gave me useful feedback on cost-efficient renovations to be done to get the best price for it. She also helped us find and buy our new home. Her communication with us was prompt and helpful and overall, she made the process easy and efficient. Leslie also helped us sell my mother's home and as with my old house, gave us constructive ideas for renovations to be done for the best price. We recommended Leslie to our next door neighbor when she was considering selling her home and would not hesitate to recommend her to others. Should we ever need to buy or sell property, we would gladly ask Leslie to be our agent.

Working with Bill as my realtor has been an incredibly positive experience. His professionalism and expertise in the real estate market were evident from the start. Bill's dedication to understanding my needs and finding the perfect property exceeded my expectations, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Bill to anyone seeking a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent.

We worked with Debbie as both our Seller and Buyer's Agent in Baton Rouge in 2009, 2015, and she sold our home in 2024. As you can tell by the repeated use I highly recommend her. In summer of 2024 we moved across country and she worked with us from the distance with great communication and a team of trusted workers to call on for repairs and inspections. She worked hard and was at our house regularly to supervise and send photos of what was being worked on to prepare it for the market, and our home sold in less than a week. Debbie knows the area and how to find or create what people are looking for in a home.

We loved working with Mr. Bill! Hes a very patient and thorough realtor! He has been helping my family buy and sell homes for years now! He recently helped my husband and I to buy our first home! We wouldnt think about using anyone else!
