I was a buyer represented by Staci on a fairly complex transaction involving:- two remote buyers, both of whom were trusts- one of the buyers was inexperienced, and the other (me) was very experienced.- the sellers were inexperienced, and not represented by an agent- the property was in an HOA with complex and restrictive covenants- there was an extremely fast close happening over the winter holidays.Through it all, Staci was absolutely terrific:- she always responded immediately via email and/or cell.- she spoke to all of the parties in terms they could understand.- she earned the trust of the sellers and led them through the transaction process.- she kept after the title company (who was dealing with personnel shortages) to make sure nothing got lost.- she established and maintained an online schedule for the whole process, and kept everyone updated regularly.- she performed all needed walkthroughs for the buyers in a super-detailed, responsive, reliable way.- she did a great job explaining the local situation and local requirements to the buyers.As a remote buyer, I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. We would recommend Staci without qualification.
