Kelly Arshi helped my wife and I find our dream home in mission viejo. We we are working professionals and have tight schedules, Kelly was still able to work within our timeframe and meet with us at convenient times. Given the incredibly high demand for homes in mission viejo, Kelly constantly kept us updated on new listing that fit what we were looking for. Fortunately, his efforts paid off as he was able to find us a home that hadn't hit the market yet. Once we toured the home, Kelly met with us to find a reasonable yet aggresive offer to present to the seller. Thereafter he worked his magic and we were able to secure the home before it went to market and well within our initial budget. While we were in escrow, we had a number of questions regarding the property and whole process. Thankfully Kelly was very patient and able to answer all of our questions. Upon closing escrow he checked in on us and made sure that everything went well.I recommend Kelly Arshi and will certainly use his services the next time I need to buy or sell property.
