Recently I contacted Karen for help in the sale of a rental property. I live out of state/out of country and I thought that would be complicated enough. Little did I know. I met Karen back in 1992when she helped me find and buy my first home and multifamily investment home. Then in 1999 she helped me with my second home purchase, which also went very smoothly. I met Karen a few years back and she always kept in touch with me. When I decided the house was too big and expensive to maintain I called Karen. She came over the next day so we could talk about the home selling process, the value of the house, and the timing. Karen had the house sold in a weekend over list price.
