Late to every showing. Rarely could answer my questions or simply could not answer because she did not have the information on hand. She made me feel like I need to make a offer ASAP on homes I was not sure of. She got annoyed with me over the phone when asking to schedule a showing. Became very upset, loud and was very rude in how she spoke to me. After that phone call I found a new agent to help in my home search.

The best part for us was that the paperwork was dealt with on-line so could be dealt with wherever and whenever, which allowed for a lot of flexibility. Leslie sold our old house and helped us purchase a house. Both processes were smooth and straightforward. A pleasure to work with.
