Re/MAX Fine Properties

We recently sold our property in Doney Park and Karra Polder was our realtor. Karra was extremely easy to work with and made a potentially stressful situation pretty straight forward and kept the whole process moving along. She is very knowledgeable regarding the local real estate market, always professional and such a delight to work with. We definitely would recommend her to anyone considering selling their property.

Karra is great to work with! Shes genuine, honest and caring. We were always kept abreast of new listings, and she was eager to show us new properties. Once we found aEURoeour homeaEUR?, she guided us through the purchasing process every step of the way, and made it easy. If we ever need a realtor in the future, hands down were choosing Karra!

Weve worked with a handful of realtors over the years in both Arizona and Washington, and I can say without hesitation that she is hands down the best! She helped us buy our very first home and later sell it, and both experiences were smooth, honest, and genuinely positive from start to finish. What really sets her apart is her integrity. Shes incredibly knowledgeable, but more importantly, shes honest in a way thats hard to find. At no point did we feel pressuredaEUR"only supported and well-informed. She truly has your best interest at heart, and that makes all the difference. She is absolutely a Northern Arizona realty expert as well. It's her niche and she knows that market better than anyone. If I could fly her around to handle every real estate transaction we ever have, I absolutely would. Thats how much we trust her and value the experience we had working with her! Highly, highly recommend!

We recently sold our home in Flagstaff using the "For Sale By Owner" (FSBO) approach. The buyer was represented by Karra. I was very impressed with Karra from the start. She exhibited exceptional professionalism, e.g., serving the buyer's interests, rapidly responding to communications and requests, and using her deep knowledge of the Flagstaff market (and real estate processes) to bring about a successful sale. Though technically she never formally represented us, her exceptional performance benefitted us. She simply knows how to "make good things happen" for the good of all parties. We were successful using the FSBO sales approach but after having worked with Karra and seen her perform, I can honestly say we would hire her as a selling agent if we had to sell another home. Five stars across the board -- plus another five for deserving clients' trust.

We had a great experience working with Karra Polder with RE/MAX while we were still living in San Diego and buying a home in Flagstaff. Purchasing a home from a different state can be stressful, but Karra was flexible, responsive, and consistently helped put our minds at ease throughout the process. We relied on Karra heavily for her local knowledge, including financing recommendations, local vendors, and information about schools and different areas of town. Having someone we trusted on the ground made a big difference for us, and she was wonderful to work with from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend Karra to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Flagstaff area.
