Re/Max Experts

Erica approaches her profession with professionalism, integrity, and a strong desire to achieve positive outcomes for all parties. As a seller's agent, she went above and beyond for me. I have sold three rental properties with her aid so far, and I have total confidence in her abilities to get the best possible outcome for me going forward. I can't recommend her strongly enough as an agent.

Erica is so incredible! I was a bit nervous going in since this was my first time buying a house but she made the process super easy and answered all my (many) questions. She has a lot of great knowledge about Memphis and the surrounding areas and helped me find the perfect home to meet my needs. She was also very open and honest with me about what to look for, what houses needed work and what made the most sense for my budget. If you need an amazing realtor, youre in the right place!

Erica Martin came highly recommended to us, and after interviewing several agents, we chose her aEUR" a decision we couldn't be more pleased with. From the very start, Erica demonstrated what it truly means to go above and beyond. Because we relocated out of town before our home was even listed, Erica seamlessly took the reins and managed everything on our behalf. When an unexpected issue arose aEUR" one that demanded considerable extra time and effort aEUR" she handled it with complete professionalism, grace, and a reassuring smile. Not once did we feel out of the loop. Erica also brought tremendous energy and creativity to marketing our home, hosting numerous open houses and presenting the property beautifully through professional photography. Throughout the entire process, she maintained constant, clear communication, keeping us informed and at ease every step of the way. What sets Erica apart, beyond her skill and dedication, is simply who she is: honest, reliable, patient, optimistic, and genuinely warm. Over the years, we have sold three homes and purchased four aEUR" and without hesitation, Erica Martin is the finest real estate agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with.

I was supposed to close on this property the day before I left for Europe for three weeks. The buyer was not on top of his financing and caused an almost 30 day delay in closing on this property. Erica went way above and beyond the call of duty, keeping me in touch while I was out of the country and ensuring that everything possible was being done to close his loan. I would absolutely undoubtedly recommend Erica for your buy or your sell.

Erica did an excellent jobs helping with the listing of my home. She went above and beyond the call of duty in the course to getting the right buyer for my home. You should be glad to have Erica on your team. I will do it again with her and refer her to family and friends who will move to the Tennessee area. Great job Erica
