We contacted Angela in a last minute mad dash to place a bid after falling in love unexpectedly at an open house. She was able to point us in the right direction to get a pre-approval letter within a day in order to place a bid for us. She quickly outlined the process and responded promptly to every question. She recommended a fantastic home inspector who unfortunately found the condo we wanted to be in too bad a shape to purchase. After that heartbreaking let down, Angela hit the ground running and spent almost every weekend going to open houses and showings with us all while teaching us about what we should be looking for and wary of in a new home. Angela stayed with us month after month, often taking the whole day to squeeze in as many showings as possible. When the market picked up again after the holidays, Angela expertly guided us through bidding war after bidding war. When we finally had a bid accepted on the house we fell in love with, the sellers were not easy to work with, often changing timelines and delaying things as much as possible. Angela worked with their realtor and our lawyer and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Even when there were complications during our final walk-through/ move-in day Angela kept her calm, helped keep us calm, and made the whole thing smooth and easy. Buying our first home was a long process, but not nearly as long or as stressful as it could have been without having Angela by our side. Her skills and knowledge in the field made us feel secure in our decisions and helped us get a beautiful home within our budget.

As real estate investors, We been looking for a professional, dynamic, communicative and above all a great negotiator to handle our real estate transactions. We found all of the above and much more with Angela. We were on a fixed time frame (1031) to find a replacement investment property. Angela did not save any efforts to show us any available property and expended our search criteria to include neighboring towns. During the search Angela provided expert advise on every property as well as the investment's downsid or upside potential. After locating the property and during the initial negotions Angla was able to achieve the price we were willing to pay for the property. However, after the home inspection, where Angela been involved in every detail that was discovered, she was able to further reduce the price beyond our expectations - Very impressive!Shortly after the closing, we put the property on the market for rent. Despite being offseasons, Angela, within a matter of days, located tenants for the asking monthly rent and the property is already generating a return. It has been a real pleasure working with Angela and we will work with her on all our future transactions.

We went to Angela to purchase our second home. She was able to find us a perfect home within the distance we wanted to be from work and with a good school system. She came to us with recommended houses to look at that met our criteria, whereas the first time we bought a home the relator we used had very little input or recommendations. I appreciated the recommendations because it felt like she was invested and it also pushed us to look slightly out of our comfort zone, which in the end provided us with everything we wanted and more. Angela maintained wonderful communication via email, phone calls and texts. We had some hiccups along the way, not due to our relator, and Angela remained vigilant and kept us in the loop every step of the way! The home buying process can be very stressful, but Angela helped keep everything in order and calm, all while finding us the perfect home. We can't thank her enough for all her dedication and hard work! Thank Angela!!!! We LOVE our new home!!
