ZillowVERIFIED The words that come to mind to describe John Savignano are highly professional, remarkably responsive, and tremendously patient. We have been using him as the agent on three or four real estate transactions (both sales and purchases) and have nothing but great things to say about him. I loved his daily property update emails and the MLS search machine he provided us access to. Whenever we expressed interest in seeing a property, he had a visit lined up for us within 24 hours. On more than one occasion he spent extra time to accommodate our schedules and he always followed up on any questions we had. That home was no longer available, but he showed us several more homes and guided us through three offers, including a short sale, before we closed on a house. We pulled out of the short sale (because of issues with the property and frustration with the seller's bank and realtor), which John expertly handled. Then he skillfully negotiated a quick close on the perfect house for us.We can't recommend John highly enough. He responds almost instantaneously to email or voicemail, he's patient, he explains things well, and he never seems to get rattled. We'll contact him again the next time we buy or sell.
