RE/MAX Executive Realty

We first worked with Margo a decade ago when we were moving up to MA and she did a great job introducing us to towns and helping us find our landing spot. Not easy with us as we didnt want your standard cookie cutter house, but Margo did a great job honing in our thoughts and wants to help us dial in the search. She was also very helpful in recommending local resources like mortgage brokers, attorneys and handyman. Fast forward we also returned to Margo when it came time for a new adventure to NY. She did a wonderful job marketing our house, giving us the comps and insight for the area and working with us to ensure the house was marketed to our standards. She was always super responsive and thorough with follow up from visits to Docusigns. Margo works hard to make the customers life easy! She helped from staging to closing town permits and anything in between. We thank Margo for her service, would highly recommend her if youre moving to MA, thanks Margo!

Margo's experience was why we chose to work with her to sell our home, and her expertise throughout the process confirmed that we made the right choice. She guided us from prepping the house right through to the details of the closing and was always available to answer questions. Margo took the time to explain all the details of the home-selling process up front, so we were comfortable and there were no surprises. I would work with Margo again in a minute and I would strongly recommend working with her to sell your home. My final advice would be to listen to her and follow her guidance because she knows how to sell a house.

This is the second time I have worked with Margo to sell a home. She is a true professional. She presents the property in its best light and is extremely knowledgeable. If you are looking for a top notch realtor, I have no reservations with recommending her.

We learned so much from Margo as she took us step-by-step through the process as first time homebuyers - it was all very smooth. Margo is very knowledgeable, incredibly responsive & flexible, friendly and supportive. It's clear she does her research and knows the area very well. Margo offered very helpful advice with her years of experience and pointed out the pros/cons of each house that only an experienced professional would know - who knew you should spend so much time looking at all of the systems in the basement! Margo has great connections in the area to other realtors and great recommendations. We recommend Margo to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in this area!

Margo exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, even while we were still interviewing realtors, she stood out. We chose her because we believed she would take a strategic approach and be the kind of advocate who truly does the work aEUR" and she delivered on every front. At a time when many homes in our neighborhood and surrounding areas were going on the market, Margo expertly guided us through the process. She was always one step ahead, ready to explain market dynamics and ensure we were making informed decisions. Her dedication, insight, and professionalism made a real difference, and were so glad we trusted her with such an important process. We would absolutely recommend Margo!
