Our relationship with Diane began in 2018 when Chuck's father passed away. We needed to sell his home in Willbrooke Plantation at which time we contacted Diane. Diane was extremely helpful with getting the property ready for market and listing it for sale. Since that time we have kept in close contact with Diane knowing we wanted a second home in the Pawleys Island Area. Diane continued to send us listings and discussing any properties we were possibly interested in purchasing. Her expertise in the Pawleys Island area is second to none. Fast forward to October 2024 Diane was instrumental in the purchase of our second home in the Pawleys Island area. Diane did an excellent job in negotiating a purchasing price and allowances for any necessary repairs. Diane assisted with inspections, recommended insurance companies and a contractor to repair and complete any updates we want to make. Diane prepared us for and assisted us through the closing. We can truly say, without reservations, that Diane has each client's best interest at heart whether buying or selling a property. We can attest to the fact that Diane gets to know her clients well and does everything possible to accommodate their needs.
