Working with John was great. We viewed over 17 houses in a four day time period. He was patient and available the entire time to show us homes as we were from out of town and had only four days. He has a very low-key, friendly personality that makes it easy to work with him. No pressure at all. When it was time to make an offer he did comps of the area and we brought the price down to what the comps were for the area, which saved us money.

John was great to work with all the way around. John was helpful with every aspect Of the buying process. He help with the utilities to hook up and that was a huge help with be new to the area. I would recommend him and would use him as an agent again.

John is an expert in his field. We were won over instantly by his laid-back, down-to-earth, man-of-the-people vibes and approach. He never tried to pressure us into buying a house that wasn't up to our standards. He gave us his honest opinions with each house we saw and pointed out details, both good and bad, that we would have otherwise missed. Any inquiries, questions, or concerns we sent his way were responded to within 3 hours or less. This was our first home-buying experience, and we could not have asked for a better realtor to guide us through the process of negotiations. In the end, we found a wonderful home that was well within our budget and we will be calling John if/when it's time to move again.
