Seth did an amazing job helping my husband and I find a home in Southport - all while we were still living in Colorado Springs! He was incredibly knowledgeable about local laws (which was a huge help, as CO and NC do things quite differently), was extremely communicative even with our time difference, and just an all around great person. Because we were still living in CO, Seth showed us several properties over several weeks via video call and took thorough videos of the properties so we could refer back to them while we made our decision. We truly felt that Seth had our backs every step of the way. If you do one thing in the house buying process in coastal NC - USE SETH! Seth was such a difference maker in our selling and home buying experience in Downtown Southport. He was knowledgeable about each home we toured and really supported us the whole way through. He listed our house, as well, and we got a full ask offer from the first showing! He coached us how to stage our home, brought an amazing team of photographers, and I really think his guidance on the price to list led us to such an incredibly seamless selling process. He also coached us on what to offer on our new house, we wanted to go low and he said he thought we could do it and told us to shoot our shot! Not only did we get our new house ~120k lower than the initial listing of the house, but we also negotiated our down payment to the contractor of the new build. I told Seth the entire time that I trusted him and would follow his guidance, and let me tell you, he did NOT disappoint. He advocated for us, our new house, and the house we sold.
