REMAX Excellence

Sobeida has been my go-to realtor. She has been working with me for past 2 years on couple of projects and have helped me close them successfully on time. She has good knowledge of the area and kept me up to date on the market listings. The best part is the timeliness being maintained throughout the process. She is always available to help with any questions related to the property or the process before closing. She will be on my list to contact first, next time when I decide to purchase a property as well. Highly recommended.

I worked with Sobeida to find my first home and she was great every step of the process. She was always responsive when we had questions or wanted to schedule tours and worked to help us negotiate with the seller for our home. She has great knowledge of DC area real estate. I plan to use her the next time I need to buy or sell a property.

Sobeida was easy to communicate with from the start, direct qnd honest when speaking of neighborhoods so that we found the perfect spot for our family. She has so much knowledge of the areas, schools, activities and more, being from out of town we were comfortable knowing she was doing what she would do for her own family.

Sobeida is everything you would want in a realtor - attentive, patient, thoughtful, and efficient. We were in a time-sensitive situation and Sobeida went above and beyond to make sure that everything went as quickly as possible without compromising on the things that mattered. She helped us identify the qualities that mattered most to us in a home and encouraged us not to settle until we found the one that "clicked." We were very impressed with both her professionalism and her kindness.

Sobeida has been my go to real estate agent. I have worked on 3 properties with her and all have been great experiences overall from start to end. I would recommend to go with Sobeida blindly and she would do her best the get the property you are looking for at the best market price :)
