My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Rosina! As first time homebuyers, we didnt even know how to start the process. We decided to find a realtor to help us get the ball rolling. A friend suggested Rosina, sharing with us that she was a great realtor. We took a shot and we liked her right from the start. We initially met Rosina at her office and she sat down with us to explain the general process of buying a house, as well as what to expect from her if we decided to use her services during the home buying process. We then discussed us what we were looking for - our must-haves and our wish list items. We were very pleased with this part of the process. Rosina listened well and really had a grasp of the style of home we wanted. She sent us many listings, and they were remarkable in regards to their inclusion of our style preferences and wish list items. Eventually we decided on new construction in a neighborhood that we fell in love with. Rosina assisted us throughout the sales and design process. She did a great job in allowing us to independently agree on our design choices, but would occasionally interject at just the right time to assist a couple of indecisive, novice home buyers/designers. We remained in regular contact throughout the construction process and Rosina would routinely contact our builder to address our questions/concerns, as well as to keep on top of them to make sure they were completing everything just the way we wanted it. In summary, we couldnt be happier with the service we received from Rosina. We always felt that she gave us attention as if we were her only clients. We thoroughly enjoyed her company and expertise throughout this process, and we were even a bit sad when we said goodbye to her after our settlement. We will always value her role during this exciting time as we purchased our first home!
