Brenda Trammelle was the perfect agent for us. She had a great understanding of the Kensington area we were looking into and was able to provide valuable knowledge of the home buying process. Brenda worked as our agent to purchase our new home while also helping us sell our condominium in Laurel. Trying to balance the timing of a new home purchase while also selling your current home can be difficult and stressful. Brenda was in constant communication with us and she made sure that everything went smoothly; we were even able to settle both properties on the same day! In fall of 2020, Meyer Leibovitch of the Nurit Coombe Team assisted me in purchasing a condominium that was exactly what my partner and I were looking for at the time at the exact price we wanted. I could not have been happier with his assistance through that process. Due to extenuating circumstances, I was forced to sell the property relatively quickly after purchase. Again, Meyer did an outstanding job of both listing the property and conducting the sale. The property was sold just before tax season, exactly by the deadline that I had set. On the day of closing, the buyer insisted that the condominium be swept before agreeing to close. I was unable to leave work and Meyer ended up sweeping the property so that the closing could take place as scheduled. Meyer truly goes above and beyond for his clients. I would highly recommend any potential home buyers or sellers use his services as their realtor.
