Melissa was incredible in getting a very difficult sale done. She is an expert in the vernacular that most other agents wouldve overlooked, and because of those details coupled with her passion in the field of real estate-Melissa was able to seamlessly get the job done! I could not ask for a better agent!!

I cant say enough wonderful things about Melissa Carrington! I found my home in Belle Harbor through her listing, and from the moment I reached out, Melissa was there for me every step of the way. She immediately jumped in, made the entire process as smooth as possible, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the home. Melissa is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her clients. She helped me navigate all the details and paperwork and was always willing to go the extra mile to make things easier. I'm so grateful to have had Melissa by my side throughout such an important process, and I'm thrilled that she will also be helping me when I'm ready to sell my previous home. She is truly someone you want in your corner, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares.

I cannot recommend Melissa Carrington highly enough. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home and guided us through every step of the buying process. Melissa provided valuable insights about different neighborhoods, helping us find the perfect location that suited our needs. What impressed us the most was her attention to detail and we always felt like we were in capable hands. Throughout the process, she was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small. Thanks to Melissa, we found our dream home and couldnt be happier. If you're looking for a dedicated and trustworthy broker, look no further than Melissa.

Melissa responded very quickly & acted with integrity throughout the entire process for showings and offers. Advertised open houses for good turn outs. She followed through supporting us with the closing process. She always made to time to meet and answer all our questions. Mike & Donna Rocks.

Melissa has been a delight to deal with. This is now the second house she has gotten sold for me. Each time, I was given many offers. She is very professional and knows the area (Queens) very well. She continues to exceed my expectations
