Alena came highly recommended to us and she surpassed my lofty expectations. My wife and I were property buying novice as this was our first home purchase. Alena made the roller coaster ride of home shopping not only an enjoyable experience but an educational one. She's was an encyclopedia of real estate knowledge, able to answer any curveball question I threw at her and was continuously resourceful and creative during tough negotiations. Alena steered us away from potentially bad deals even when it would have benefited her to make a quick sale and move on to the next client. We could tell she genuinely had our best interest at heart which made working with her feel more like dealing with an old friend then a new business acquaintance. In the end we got a house that my wife loves at a price that I love even more. Anyone looking for a real estate agent should begin and end their search with Alena if they're looking for attentive service, professionalism, and a great home. Hopefully in 5 to 7 years my wife and I will be looking for another home and when we do we'll be turning to Alena to sell our current house and find us a new one.
