As a first time home buyer I was new to the process and unaware of the requirements necessary to begin home shopping. I had the pleasure of working with Corey in February of this year. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He was direct and did not waste time. It allowed us to streamline the process and from start to finish (Finding a home to Closing day) I was was able to close on my home in less than 2 months. He helped me find the ideal property for my situation. 3 bed 21/2 bath 1700 sq ft. in my desired location and within my price range. We were able to get all repairs done to the home prior to closing and negotiated close to $10k off the list price of the home. Overall it was an outstanding experience and I love my home. I will continue to do business with Mr. Ghelfi in the future.
