ZillowVERIFIEDCorey was definitely on the ball during the first half of our home buying and selling process. He does a lot of things well including initially responding to questions and concerns, understanding contracts, providing recommendations, and he seems to have a knack and wealth of information on buying and selling houses. Toward the end of our process things starting slipping and could have been managed better; i.e., not attending the closing of our property or reviewing the documents prior, fee errors and length of time to resolve them, and hyped incentives that ultimately werent delivered.Corey seems to be a good person that cares about his work. Unfortunately, the ending of our experience did not meet expectations, because important items fell through the cracks. At this time I cannot provide a recommendation in good faith.

ZillowVERIFIED My new wife and I were combining our households. Corey sold both our houses for us and got us into our dream home that fit our big Brady Bunch family. It all happened quickly and even with all the moving parts it went pretty smooth.

ZillowVERIFIED All smoke, no flame. After giving him a "primo" listing, we never saw him again. He left us on a limb with trying to get someone to clean the house after the movers, and failed let us know about the buyers' walk through inspection, causing a near disaster, and he never showed up. A real lack of professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED No contest, I would recommend Corey to anyone and everyone. This is more than a job for him, its a passion. He spent more than 4 hours with me driving around showing me homes and that was only on one day of the many I spent with him. He had an answer for every question I ever had and made buying my first home the best learning experience I could ask for. You cant go wrong with him.

ZillowVERIFIED Corey was very helpful in choosing the perfect house! Very friendly and knows the best way to go when financing a mortgage. When a house is viewed, he checks for any visual evidence of needed maintenance and if it will be too costly, or even a burden, further down time. Highly recommend Corey!

ZillowVERIFIED I have to say that Corey was absolutely amazing! My husband and I started the home selling and buying process with a couple of different agents and we were truly unhappy with the selling/buying experience UNTIL we met Corey! His consistent, honest and quick communication was most appreciated. His honesty, his motivation and his drive to find us the perfect home is something we can never repay him for. He was easy to work with and always available. Thank you for helping us find out perfect home!

ZillowVERIFIED Corey assisted my husband and I last minute. We began our house hunting while living out of state, we came into town unexpectedly and wanted to see some homes while we were here. We randomly sent messages to a few realtors we saw on zillow...Corey was the first to respond who was able to help us. He was able to get us in to see some homes the next day. He is knowledable, confident, and approachable. He continued to assist us after we returned home and went through that process long distance. We would recommend Corey to anyone looking for a realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED We had been looking around for a while before purchasing our home with Corey, and even had bad experiences with other agents. Corey found us exactly what we were looking for in a matter of 2 weeks. Throughout the process, Corey was tentative, and even showed us the home after hours into the evening. His professionalism carried through the entire transaction and we were very satisfied with the process. I will recommend Corey when buying a home. He got us exactly what we wanted in terms of closing costs, inspection costs, and repairs.

ZillowVERIFIED As a new person to buying a home. Corey Ghelfi was steadfast, informative and do right amazing at being my realtor i was referenced by another person he helped by a home and he had outstanding praise as well. let me be completely honest he was 110% correct from the confusion on an inspection to showing houses and even informing me about school systems in the area he found me the perfect house within a day after showing me quite a few. he has donated his time and effort to making me and my family have a comfortable house even putting me in contact with an amazing mortgage agent. Corey was awesome if there is any question in your mind about buying a house i recommend you give him a call and he will do everything in his power to find you the perfect home.

ZillowVERIFIED Corey was the agent I was looking forward to working with. You hear horror stories of realtors not representing you well, and Corey was opposite of that. His knowledge from start to finish made the process easy and simple. He did answer my questions on time, and even when it was late after work, Corey was there the entire way. This was my first home purchase, and he took care of family. I would recommend Corey to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Ghelfi and his team were very motivated to get my home sold. I was with 3 previous realtors prior to hiring his team. Powered by Corey, from start to finish the transaction was smooth, professional, along with fun. I highly recommend Corey as your only option. The process of selling a home can be quite much and tricky, but The Ghelfi Group did a great job! A++++

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer I was new to the process and unaware of the requirements necessary to begin home shopping. I had the pleasure of working with Corey in February of this year. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He was direct and did not waste time. It allowed us to streamline the process and from start to finish (Finding a home to Closing day) I was was able to close on my home in less than 2 months. He helped me find the ideal property for my situation. 3 bed 21/2 bath 1700 sq ft. in my desired location and within my price range. We were able to get all repairs done to the home prior to closing and negotiated close to $10k off the list price of the home. Overall it was an outstanding experience and I love my home. I will continue to do business with Mr. Ghelfi in the future.
