Roberta is awesome! If you are looking for a realtor that will be up front and honest look no further. Roberta was well informed of the local area and was always keeping us up to date on new or updated listings. It was great to have somebody that was constantly available either through phone / text / email. Even if she was unable to answer the phone immediately, I would always receive a text acknowledging me and explaining she was in the middle of something and would call shortly after. Roberta was able to negotiate the purchase price to within our budget while making us feel comfortable and informed along the way. It was great to have Roberta's expertise in the buying / selling process to eliminate the state of confusion that my lender often left me in. The unnerving process of being a first time home buyer was certainly easier with Roberta. After seeing the phenomenal job Roberta did for us, my parents are now using her to help find their new home.
