ZillowVERIFIED Roberta was referred to us by our daughter who was thoroughly impressed with her. I don't think the local knowledge was as important as her process expertise, responsiveness and her negotiation skills. She certainly did her research as far as providing a competitive market price for my home, and presented me with a comprehensive report. I think this is impressive considering her home market is over an hour away from where my home was. She certainly exceeded our expectations in getting us a buyer and a good deal in a relatively short period of time for our area. She also referred us to an amazing realtor in the area we were relocating to. I would certainly recommend her to family, friends and strangers alike.

She was the first and only realtor that I choose to work with because when her and I first started this journey I was completely lost on where to even start, and Roberta directed me to my mortgage lender who was fantastic. She took care of getting me the best company to do my inspection when it was time. Not only is she knowledgeable about the market but also very knowledgeable about the condition of the houses themselves and neighborhoods for resale value, and never hesitated to share her knowledge with me along the way. Many of the listings lacked details and photos. Roberta filled in those gaps by looking at the properties, meeting with owners, and taking more pictures and videos. She gave us the same stellar services whether we were looking at $350,000 or $80,000 dollar houses. When I began my house hunt a year ago, she was the first realtor to contact me and checked in with me regularly even before I was actually ready to buy. I lived about 90 miles away, so most of our communications were by phone or email. House hunting from a distance is challenging, and you need an agent who actually takes the time to call you....and can interact online also. Roberta was always willing to communicate, respond quickly, and to take the time to explain the process in a friendly, timely manner. If I contacted her with a question or concern, she would get back to me immediately. Due to the fact that I was searching months before I was ready to purchase, she stayed in contact by phone and email. This showed me that she would be consistent and dependable when I needed her most. When I was ready to buy, she was fantastic about making sure the process was moving along the way it should have been. I don't know what I would have done without her in the process of getting my loan to closing. Her advice was what made it possible for me to close the deal when I needed to do that because of the bank's multiple delays. Roberta knows all aspects of purchasing a house.I also appreciated her honesty and knowledge about the business and the process of purchasing a house. She made me feel comfortable that she was guiding me through the process in a legal and honest way. There were multiple times, her guidance and advice helped me to make decisions to avoid conflicts and delays. ZillowVERIFIED Searching for a home 2 hours away from where we reside was not an easy task. After talking and working with a few agents, we found that we were accommodating their schedule to make things convenient for them. It was even more difficult getting them to send listings of new homes on the market. Here we were, doing all the leg work and hoping they could not only show the home but would be knowledgeable enough to answer any questions we had about the home or neighborhood.Then came Roberta Corrin. I found that Re/Max had the most current site and was always up to date. After viewing the site a few times, I received a some emails from Roberta asking if she could help us find our next home. Her persistence, dedication, personality, professionalism and most importantly her ability to listen and communicate won us over. We finally had someone who was interested and helping us find exactly the type of home we wanted and within our budget. She is very knowledgeable about the law and neighborhoods. If she is not sure about something, give her an hour or so and you will have the information. But don't worry, there wasn't much she didn't know. To top it off, she accommodated our schedule. Good bye to those 3:00pm only showings! No time was bad for her, even with all the clients she serviced, she made you feel as if you were the only one.I know it sounds strange but we really had the best time and couldn't be more comfortable in her presence. She is one real estate agent that truly has her clients best interest at heart. She doesn't let anything slide by. This lady is a hard worker and deserves recognition for her ability to make dreams come true for home buyers. She listened so well that we had our home within 2 weeks! ZillowVERIFIED Not having every bought a house before I wasn't really sure of the process Roberta helped me the whole way through, she kept me up to date on everything even when seemed like. nothing was going on she would keep in touch. And being I got a VA loan she knew what to look for that was passable or not which is a lot. She got the sellers to update electric to 200 amps 1000 dollars for anything the VA might say needs fixed and pay all closing. In short I highly recommend Roberta Corrin.

Roberta was well informed of the local area and was always keeping us up to date on new or updated listings. It was great to have somebody that was constantly available either through phone / text / email.
