As this was the first time that I sold a property, going through all of the steps in the process was very helpful and informative. He was very responsive to all of my texts - regardless of the day and/or time that they were sent. He kept me informed of all of the requests made by the future owner - including asking for a visit so that measurements could be taken for new flooring to be ordered. John was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and neighborhoods. He also went over and above to make himself available for showings. I was relocating from out of state and he was incredible with showings!
