Andrew was a huge help in selling my co-op apartment in Brooklyn. As I no longer live in the area, he was instrumental in making things happen. From multiple showings to, inspections, final walkthrough etc, he did all the leg work. He was very diligent and kept me informed along the way. It was a tough market and it took some time to sell the property. First buyer was not approved for financing so we had to start over and find another buyer.
