RE/MAX Distinguished Homes and Properties

Would give 10 stars if I could! We couldnt have asked for a better listing agent! This was a difficult and unexpected transaction, especially having to relocate my elderly mother from NY to FL. Hermi immediately stepped in, guided us through every challenge, and remained calm and solution-focused throughout the entire process. His communication was exceptional! He kept us informed of every development, answered our questions promptly, and made sure we always understood what was happening and what came next. Thanks to his professionalism, dedication, and persistence, we successfully closed very quickly and slightly above the asking price. We are truly grateful for everything he did and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely caring real estate professional. Buying or selling he is now our go to guy!

It was a great experience working with Hermi on the sale of my house, it was very fast and professionally done... I would recommend Hermi Aquino to everyone as he's a greatly talented agent to work with...

Hermi Aquino was very professional at all times , he put plenty of time in to sell my house . . Did a lot of Open house every weekend . He was right on the money what the house should be sold for and a few different buyers bid . , I'm very glad I chose him to sell my house .

Hermi Aquino was great! He was very informative and helpful with the process. Very professional in every aspect. Communicated often to help keep me informed and accommodated me at the closing. I highly recommend him! Thanks Hermi

It was a great experience working with Hermi Aquino. He was very on point with showings and made every effort to accommodate the little glitches that unexpectedly occurred. His assessment of property value and prospective buyers was above expectation. He was very polite, professional and supportive every step of the way.
