I moved out of state and decided to rent my house out but it was hard to keep an eye on it and the renters were not working out. So I decided to sell it instead. After evicting the renters I knew I had to sell it quick. I couldn't afford to make house payments on this house and my new address too. I had never sold a house before and didn't know what to expect or who to call but I did know that since my house was financed through the government (USDA) that it was going to be a little harder on the agent that tried to sell it because the government requires a little more paperwork. I ask some friends who to get to help me sell it and took their suggestions. After trying a couple of different one's with no avail, months had gone by and the house payment got way behind to the point I feared foreclosure. My credit was being ruined and I was panicking. I looked in the phone book and found Diamond Realty and called them and they turned me over to John Wiltshire. He met me at the property and we sat at the picnic table outside and he went over everything with me in such thorough and professional way, making sure I understood everything and not being in a hurry to do so which I appreciated since I am a little slow sometimes. After meeting with him I started feeling like maybe there was hope after all. I certainly didn't have that experience with the other two agents. John got me more out of the house than I ever expected and in a very timely manner. He was very professional when it came to negotiating prices and other things involved with selling the house and keeping my nerves at ease at the same time. I had to borrow $9000.00 to keep the house payments made till the house sold which had already ran out and gotten behind again prior to meeting and hiring John. I thought I would never get enough out of the house to pay that $9000.00 back, but at least I would break even and pay that back in payments after the house was sold and at least my credit would be saved. But to my suprise not only did John get me enough to pay off the house, but enough to pay off the $9000.00 too and still had quite a lump sum left over after that. It turned out better than I could ever imagined all thanks to John. Without John Wiltshire as my agent my credit would have surely been ruined, I wouldn't be able to help my son who is 15 years old and is going to be wanting a car soon and college. Instead the government would have foreclosed on me and garnished my wages for the amount left owing after they auctioned the house off and my credit would have been ruined. I am 51 years old and couldn't afford to let that happen and thanks to John it didn't. I would highly recomind John to anyone trying to sell a house or trying to buy a house and anything else pertaining to real estate. I feel that God knew the position I was in and who I needed to help me and he guided me to the best their is. I will always be greatfull to God for sending me to John Wiltshire and to John for the wonderful work he did for me,
