REMAX CSI

We love our home and couldn't have managed this move without Mark Ratti. We wanted to relocate to be near family and my brother and sister-in-law had worked with Mark, were impressed, and recommended him to us. We started the search for a home while visiting Pittsburgh and continued it long distance. Mark very quickly got a sense of what we most valued and was able to help us find and negotiate a fair pricer for the home we finally purchased. He knew the area, other realtors, what to expect, and how to manage this even though we lived in California at the time. He was always right there ready to answer any questions that came up. We recommend Mark without hesitation and were lucky to work with him.

Friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy. Mark is everything youd want in a realtor. For our initial meeting he provided us with local examples of nearby sales so we understood the market. When we received multiple offers, he guided us through the process and never tried to sway us with opinion - only facts. I highly recommend him and his team.

Mark Ratti was a knowledgable, supportive, calming presence during the process of selling my home. The sale of my home fell through twice, but I was able to stay calm and continue through the process with Mark's help, ultimately receiving an offer well above asking in a very reasonable amount of time. Mark navigated the situation like an expert, listened to my concerns, and made adjustments if and when they were necessary. I am grateful to him for his help and look forward to working with him in the future.

I worked primarily with Mark Ratti Jr. who was excellent. The support staff was also very good. Mark was able to create a market for the property which was not a conventional sale as it has great potential but needed some work. Needed the right buyer for the situation.

Mark assisted us with the search and purchase of our new home in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh. Nothing but a great experience! We would highly recommend.
