Brent was the listing/ seller agent of the house we recently purchase. He wasnt very responsive and took a very long time for everything regarding the sellers paperwork. I would stay away from anything he is trying to sell for the fact that him and the previous owners knew about several leaks in the house. When asked several times they didnt respond. Moved in the property to find leaks on the roof being held by plastic bags. When asked he said he and his sellers were honest people. Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest people to deal with.
