Working with Silvia was smooth sailing! When we were starting to search a home as a first time homebuyer it was just random that we found Silvia. We wanted to see this home and she was the one who walked us in and showed the house. We were weighing agents but we felt her welcoming presence and positive demeanor. Everything was so fastaEUR|we were overwhelmed by the swift fast transaction! Her negotation and communication skills were superb that in just 3days the house was awarded to us even though there were 3 more who showed interest on the property. All our questions were thoroughly explained, even at the wee hours my messages to her was immediately replied. She even recommended the house inspector and Angela our Lawyer who are both absolutely fantastic! Prayers were answeredaEUR|God sent us angels to help us all the way, to have a smooth sailing process! Thank you Silvia! More blessings to your career!!

My sister and I used RE/MAX to sell our house in Schaumburg. We had never sold a house before and Cindy Banks and her team made the process super quick and easy. We are so appreciative to them and highly recommend the team to anyone buying/selling a home!

Cindy and her team were communicative, honest, and very helpful for us as first-time homebuyers! We were moving from out of state so she was flexible with virtual tours and made sure we had all the information we needed. I would highly recommend working with Cindy and her team!
