Jen was very helpful and informative. Always responded quickly and kept in touch. Got right back to us with every question we had. Guided us through the process of putting in an offer. Got right back to me when I sent her pictures of the baby raccoon we found in the house in our final walkthrough even though she was at her daughters State Finals track meet.
