RE/MAX Competitive Edge

Dave Tibbetts did an outstanding job helping me sell my home in Somerset County. He was more than just my Realtor; he was a calming, steady presence throughout the entire process. Even when more than one contract fell through, he kept me grounded and helped me understand every detail along the way. He went above and beyond by helping me pack, unpack, running errands, and getting my home looking its best. I always felt like he truly cared- not just about selling the house, but about helping me through the entire transition. I would gladly recommend Dave to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Central New Jersey.

There aren't enough great words that I can say about Robin. From the moment that my wife and I began this process to the day that we moved into our home, Robin has been right by our side. Whether it was the due diligence of finding homes according to our criteria, to vetting out neighborhoods for our growing family, to coordination, arguing on our behalf, and everything in between - Robin has been our lifeline of honesty, professionalism, and trust. Outside of her extensive market knowledge and years of experience, Robin was also able to communicate any particulars in terms that we'd understand. We never felt as if she was acting with anything but our best interest in mind. She also was sure to bring all of the research possible to us so that we just had to decide as she handled the background work. My only complaint is that our time working together had to end, as we were able to successfully close on our home thanks to Robin's help! And even after so, she has still made it a priority to help us with the transition. I would highly recommend Robin for anyone looking for a realtor who will always have their best interests in mind. Thank you again, Robin!

Dave was recommended to us through a friend. As first time buyers, we were unsure about the search. Dave asked us about ourselves and list of needs in our future home. We were honest with him and he gave us insight on the current market. Thankfully we only did 3 weekends of open houses with Dave then put in our first offer. First offer and it was accepted. I do believe the insight and strategy we came up with Dave made all the difference. He answered all our calls and texts quickly and quite thoroughly. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a professional and communicative realtor.

This is such as easy review to write! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Robin as our real estate agent during the purchase of our first home. From the very beginning, she took exceptional care of us, guiding us through every step with expertise and genuine kindness. She helped us craft perfect offers, ensuring that we always put our best foot forward. Robin wasnt just our agent; she became a great friend through the entire process. Her dedication, patience, and unwavering support made our home-buying experience seamless and enjoyable. We couldnt have chosen anyone better to help us find and purchase our perfect home. Thank you, Robin, for everything!

We used Robin for both buying and selling. This was our second home buying experience, so we knew what to expect when buying a home. Selling was the hard part! Robin and her team did a fantastic job advertising our house for sale. I can tell she was very experienced and every question I asked, she answered very promptly. She always made herself available for a text or phone call for us. She gave us recommendations for home inspectors and real estate lawyers which we ended up using and they were great. Selling and buying a house at the same time is not fun and it is stressful! Robin was always calm and collected and was very assuring when the going got tough. We really appreciate everything she did for us! I couldn't ask for any more from a realtor.
