I have worked with many agents in several locations over the years, non better than Cindy. Cindy helped my wife and myself as our buyers agent for the purchase of a second home in the Berkshires. Her knowledge of the market in general and the towns and neighborhoods in the market helped expedite the process. Quality showings prevailed. Wasted time was minimized during the looking phase. Communication though out the process was excellent, especially during the offer and negotiation period. Even after closing she was available for our many follow up questions. Would unequivocally recommend and look forward to working with her again

Deb, helped us through every part of the process of finding a new and purchasing home, and preparing and selling our old home. She knows everything about the process, the area, the market, other agents, and knows how to expertly handle any hiccups that come along the way. Deb was patient with us through our seemingly endless search for a house, and always offered valuable insight into the market and on what to look for. When it came time to buy and sell she was super responsive and did all she could to make the process as seamless as possible. I cant recommend Deb highly enough.

I would encourage anyone considering working with this agent to read this carefully, as I was once in your position reading the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was very different from what I expected based on those. While the initial interaction was promising, the overall experience lacked the level of communication, follow-through, and professionalism that I expected. During the listing period, there were important moments aEUR" including times when I was traveling aEUR" where I needed proactive support and guidance. Instead, there was a clear lack of follow-up and initiative, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. One of the most concerning issues was the lack of feedback management. The property had over 17 showings, yet only a couple of feedback responses were collected. There was little effort to consistently follow up with agents to gather meaningful insights. Despite this, I was advised to reduce the price without having sufficient data to support that recommendation, which is not a sound or strategic approach in real estate. There was also a situation where we had discussed and aligned on a listing price, but the property was listed at a different price without my confirmation. When I raised this, I was told it was based on a misunderstanding, but no effort was made to verify with me before going live. As a result, the listing history reflected an unnecessary price change, which can negatively impact buyer perception and momentum. When I raised concerns about communication and how certain situations were being handled, those concerns were not addressed. In some cases, my emails went unanswered, and overall the response felt dismissive rather than collaborative. That level of communication is not acceptable in a real estate transaction where timing and responsiveness are critical. I was also advised to spend additional money on updates, including removing trees at a significant cost, which ultimately did not add value. After switching to another agent, I received a strong offer within 10 days with a much clearer strategy and significantly better communication. That contrast made it very clear what was missing in the initial experience. A real estate professional should be proactive, communicative, detail-oriented, and able to handle feedback and concerns with professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. *****Update in response to relator feedback*** Thank you for your response. I want to clarify that my review reflects my personal experience during our time working together. The reason you have only positive reviews, as Ive seen on HAR, is because every review has to be approved by you. That means negative reviews are unlikely to be published, which is not an authentic representation if feedback is filtered this way. Second, you mentioned helping me sell the house aEUR" I did not state that. As I clearly mentioned in my review, I had to terminate my contract with you and work with another agent. Lastly, my feedback was very clear. Its not about how things were at the beginning ,its about when things did not go well and I raised concerns about your lack of acknowledgment and responses. Thats when your service declined, and I experienced dismissiveness instead of support. Even in your response to my review, you continue to dismiss and not acknowledge your lack of communication when things did not go well. My intention is to share an honest experience so others can make informed decisions. I wish you the best moving forward.
