Very unimpressed. We went with Hensley for the sale of our first home and the purchase of our second after a very positive experience with them buying our first home. We were pleased with Mike Young on the buying side but selling our home with Annemarie left quite a bit to be desired. It was pretty clear throughout the process that we weren't a priority and I felt as though I was doing most of the hustling. The few times I asked for small favors from Annemarie, the answer was no. Hard to find the value in their services. We got over asking for our home, which was great, but everyone is in this market. I'd say if youre a middle of the road buyer, i would look elsewhere. It was pretty clear Annemarie just wanted to move our sale along quickly and I never once felt like we had someone in our corner. We won't be using Hensley again.
