I have worked with many real estate brokers and agents on several real estate transactions over the years and can say with confidence that Frank is the best agent/ broker I have ever used. Frank has the qualities that make him an extremely successful and effective broker. I can't say enough about his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. He has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping our best interests in mind. Our real estate purchase was a small transaction relative to the size of properties and transactions Frank normally handles but he treated my wife and me with the same professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a very large transaction. One of the qualities I respected the most was his no-nonsense style. As a busy executive, I don't have time to waste. He gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting my time. He does a great job of listening to his client's needs and does not waste time showing properties that do not meet the client's objectives. He does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the seller to make the client successful. He is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to my late-night emails. He shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in him. Our transaction went very smoothly and we closed on time within 15 days of the accepted offer because Frank worked seamlessly with my lender. We had a small issue with termite damage even though our offer was as-is he got the seller to cover the cost and even help pay for part of the costs himself. Frank followed up to make sure the work was completed even after the transaction was closed. As mentioned above, he represented us on the purchase side but I would not hesitate to use him as my listing agent if I were selling a property. He is very smart and transactions can sometimes become very complex. I have the highest level of confidence in him and feel he would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. In future transactions, I will only have Frank represent me.
