Martha and Miles are unbelievably the most professional realtors I've ever met. They are truly kind hearted and give their clients 100% of their time, effort and knowledge. They listened to me in regards to what i was looking for. They helped me obtain my dream home. They were there for everystep of the way. Ty! You two will always be near and dear!

Martha and Miles did a excellent job marketing our property. Their marketing experience was truly amazing from the pictures on the listing to the phone follow up with agents and potential buyers. They kept us informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them if you are selling or buying a home.

We had the best experience working with Martha and Miles. We cannot say enough how much of a great experience it was working with them in our search of a new home in Florida. We live up north in Boston but were looking to buy a place in a specific Florida 55+community where we have friends that already live there. They worked with us to get us into the homes we wanted to tour early mornings as we were on vacation visiting friends and wanted to spend as much time as possible enjoying our time vacationing with them. Martha and Miles lined up all the properties we were interested in 2 mornings.. and we were out enjoying our friends by noon! We narrowed down the 19 homes we saw to 4 . We started the making an offer process to which they were availble and in constant contact with us when we arrived back home in Boston keeping us updated on our offers. Once it got down to the final house that we really wanted, they were instrumental in negotiating the price range we wanted to stay within. They worked hard with the sellers and got us our house! Continued to walk us thru all the stages of purchase and sale..to inspections ..right down to the closing. Including all of our documents they were able to send us electronically It was seamless and moved along quite quickly. We would highly reccomend Martha and Miles to service anyone that is in need of selling or buying a home. They are truly the team that will guide you thru your real estate needs making it a positive and stressless experience.

Martha did a wonderful job start to finish. Not only did she find me a beautiful home with a pool, but she handled everything all the way till the end making everything seamless. I appreciate all she did for me an highly recommended.
