ReMax Coastal Homes

Sandy and Rich Marquez provided outstanding service to my family by selling our parent's house during the very challenging COVID-19 pandemic. They were very responsive to our questions, concerns and requests. Always honest and ethical, Sandy and Rich also provided excellent advice and guidance all the way through the process. After benefiting from their professional service, it is easy to see why they are the #1 Husband and Wife Team in San Clemente. We highly recommend them!

Sandy and Rich represented the Sellers on a house we just purchased in San Clemente. We enjoyed working with them so much that we asked them to sell our vacation condo in Dana Point. They did an excellent job and got us above market value. They can answer any question and always respond promptly to any request. Highly experienced and pleasant to work with throughout the entire process.

Sandy and Rich are awesome to work with. We had to fix up the house we were selling prior to putting it on the market. They were very active with helping us make wise decisions to get the best price for our property. When we finally listed the house, it not only sold on the day it was listed, but for $50,000 above asking price! Sandy and Rich are the Best Realtors in town!!!

Sandy and Rich know south OC, especially San Clemente. Their marketing approach was very impressive, the video was amazing. We had 4 full price offers in 48 hours. I highly recommend working with them if you are buying or selling is South OC.

We cant thank sandy and rich enough for their knowledge, helpfulness and care to sell/buy a home in a very short time!! We didnt have the easiest transaction and we couldnt have picked a better duo to advocate for us and work out kinks so that we ended up in our dream home. They truly make you feel like family.
