The old saying that long distance relationships don't work out isn't always true. I recently purchased a condo in the Diamondhead area with Wayne's excellent advice, knowledge and intuition in this market. I'm coming from Ontario, Canada - a distance of over 1800 miles. Wayne and I ran into some difficulties negotiating the first condominium that I wanted to purchase and some legal issues on the second condominium. Through it all, Wayne stuck by my side and patiently navigated the twists and turns of real estate. This is one long distance relationship that truly worked out. I've been enjoying my new home for several weeks and couldn't be happier.

Jacob was an exceptional realtor that took time to look for a home that fit all our needs. He was efficient throughout the entire process and was quick to answer all our questions. It was a pleasure to work with someone who really considered our needs and find a home that worked perfectly for our family. He was very knowledgeable with the whole process. Although there were some issues in the beginning with one contract and some issues on the lending side with a second contract, Jacob was able to keep us updated and was able to get all issues resolved making the home buying process an easier for us!
