RE/MAX Coast and Country

Selling my home was one of the biggest and more stressful things I've ever had to do, and I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through it without Joe. From our first conversation, I knew I was in good hands. He was always professional, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to answer my questions. More importantly, he understood that selling a home isn't just a business transactionaEUR"it's personal. Has aware ofthe circumstances that led to my decision to sell. He guided but never pushed. There were plenty of moments when I felt overwhelmed, but Joe was always there with reassurance, that we had a solid plan. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, handled challenges with confidence, and made me feel like I was his top priority. What stands out most is Joes dedication and genuine care going above above and beyond in ways both big and small, and I always felt he had my best interests at heart. Thanks to all the hard work and expertise, my home sold successfully, and the process was far less stressful than I ever imagined it could be. If you're looking for a real estate agent who is professional, hardworking, trustworthy, and truly cares about their clients, I can't recommend Mr. Simmons highly enough.

We have worked with Joe numerous times for the past three . He has represented us as a buyers and sellers agent. We have bought a property from him, and He has rented multiple properties for us. Most recent, he sold a property for us. Every single time Joe goes above and beyond for his clients, and makes sure that he can help in any way. Joe has made every transaction easy, and a pleasant experience. He is very trustworthy. His focus is ensuring that his client gets the best possible outcome. Hands-down we will continue working with Joe for whatever real estate needs we have, and we will continue recommending him for years to comeaEUR|

Joe was amazing to have as my realtor. As an out-of-state buyer looking to relocate to Connecticut, his knowledge of the area, stellar reputation, and the ability to provide info on the best local professionals that I would need to deal with, made the purchase easy.
