Remax Classic Group

Dawn is an incredible realtor to work with. Her knowledge of community her insights and patience working with us keep bringing us back to her every time we have a real estate need. She has helped us sell, but and rent in the past. This time we were moving back from out of state and that presented it's own challenges. Dawn was happy to do virtual walk through or in person however we were able to make it work. We had a timeline and budget and preferred location. Dawn made it work. Thank you Dawn!

Our realtor, Dawn Mascia suggested we list our home under $600k to create momentum, attract multiple offers and ultimately drive the price higher. Her strategy worked perfectly. We received multiple offers and sold well over asking price. We highly recommend Dawn to anyone looking to sell their home quickly and successfully!

Buying a house can be incredibly challenging! This is why it is important to work with the right people to help facilitate a smooth transaction. Dawn is that person to work with on the real estate agent side of things.I've been working with Dawn for many years looking at houses, she always maintained a PATIENCE and a great attitude. She always had helpful suggestions and recommendations, was always willing to take me out to see a place I was interested in.Once we had an offer in on a house and were "in the process," Dawn not only helped push the deal forward but also provided emotional support. Like I said, buying a house can be challenging and frustrating and Dawn helped me maintain my sanity throughout. If you need a realtor in the Somerset area, look no further!

Dawn came very highly recommended to me, and she turned out to be everything I wanted in a realtor. She was always happy to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the rental process. She put me at ease was a great combination of very easy to work with and accommodating, as well as answered all of my business questions. She was helpful in taking excellent pictures to showcase my property as well as vetting the best potential tenants. She helped in each step, and I would highly recommend her.
